At Maarit Hänninen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
